Clinic Responsibility

Clinics should upload accurate appointment information, maintain current business settings, confirm patient SMS consent, and review follow-up tasks promptly.

Acceptable Use

Clinics may use ChiroBlaster for post-appointment feedback, review-request workflows, and related staff follow-up. The service should not be used for spam, misleading messages, unrelated marketing, or messaging patients who have opted out.

Opportunity Report Terms

Submit only legitimate public business websites. You authorize a limited public crawl and third-party business-listing, SEO, AI-citation, and performance analysis. Google Maps positions are location-and-query samples, and Ahrefs figures are estimates. Reports do not guarantee rankings, traffic, AI citations, leads, patients, or revenue.

Google Maps content is governed by the Google Maps Platform Terms.

After the first unlock, anyone with the clean report URL may be able to view it even though it is excluded from search indexing. Share it only with appropriate practice stakeholders.

SMS Messaging

SMS follow-ups must identify the clinic and respect opt-out requests. Patients can reply STOP to opt out, START to resume, or HELP for help.

Medical Advice

ChiroBlaster does not provide medical advice. Reply classifications are workflow signals for clinic staff attention.

Account Responsibility

Clinics are responsible for who has access to their account and for reviewing imported patient and appointment information before messages are sent.

Limitation of Liability

Placeholder: ChiroBlaster is provided as-is during staged development. Specific legal terms should be reviewed before production use.

Current Status

This V1 app sends SMS through approved messaging providers when clinic messaging and provider approval are enabled.
